Policies

All payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments are not accepted via EMT. HST (13% tax) will be added to final payment.

Any outstanding payments will be charged to the card on file immediately following the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations/ Rescheduling can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please text/call 647-247-8330 if rescheduling or cancellation is required less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If a cancellation or request to reschedule is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a 30% fee of the total appointment cost will be charged to the card on file.

If a cancellation or request to reschedule is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a 50% fee of the total appointment cost will be charged to the card on file.

Same day cancellations and failure to show will result in 100% of the appointment being charged to the card on file.

Tardiness of 30 minutes from the appointment start time or more will be considered as failure to show and the appointment will be cancelled.

Mara Rose Co. reserves the right to refuse services and decline the booking of future appointments.

All services are subject to $75/hour after the initial stated timing of service. Timing is determined starting at the beginning of your scheduled appointment time.
